Minute book consists of by laws, share structure & other legal sections. It's REQUIRED to open bank account. Without it, a corporation is not complete. Corporation's officers, their designations (CEO, President etc.), share classes, share prices, shareholders' names, percentage of ownership and by laws are part of the Minute book.
