How is a Professional Corporation different?
A Professional Corporation (PC) is created specifically for licensed professionals regulated under Ontario law (e.g., physicians, dentists, lawyers, CPAs, optometrists). A Professional Corporation is subject to strict statutory rules regarding naming conventions, director/shareholder eligibility, restricted business activities, and post-incorporation licensing via a Certificate of Authorization from your regulatory college.
Which professions can incorporate?
Ontario permits professional corporations for many regulated professions, including but not limited to: medicine, dentistry, law, optometry, pharmacy, public accounting, veterinary medicine, social work, psychology, chiropractic, architecture, engineering, and others authorized by their governing legislation. Check with your professional regulator to confirm eligibility and any profession-specific requirements before proceeding.
What profession and regulator should I enter?
Enter the exact name of the regulated profession you are licensed to practice and the governing regulatory body. For example, "Medicine" regulated by the "College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario," or "Law" regulated by the "Law Society of Ontario." This information determines the required Article provisions, naming format, and Certificate of Authorization application.
Is this a one-time payment?
Incorporation and one-time add-ons are charged once. Address service, annual support, annual filing service, and domain or website products are term-based and may require renewal. Your governing regulator may also require annual renewal of the Certificate of Authorization, which is a separate obligation. Ongoing government and tax filing obligations continue unless your order expressly includes them.
Are there any hidden or extra fees?
No hidden fees. The price shown includes everything in your selected package. Each optional add-on shows its price before you choose it, and your total updates as you go.
What information is needed?
You will need: the regulated profession and governing regulator, your professional licence or registration number, a proposed professional corporation name that includes the profession and the words "Professional Corporation," a registered office address in Ontario, the name and address of at least one director who is the practising professional, share and ownership details restricted to eligible persons, and a contact email. A valid Ontario NUANS name search report is also required.
Do I need everything ready before I start?
No. Fill in as much as you can now to speed up your order. If anything is missing, we contact you for it, or you can email it to us before we file. You do not need every detail finalized to begin, but your professional licence or registration details and governing regulator should be available as they affect the name and Article provisions.
What are the steps after I place my order?
First, we review your information and contact you if anything is missing or unclear. Next, we prepare and submit your professional corporation incorporation to Ontario. After Ontario accepts the filing, we email your official Articles and Certificate of Incorporation. You must then apply to your governing regulator for a Certificate of Authorization before the corporation can practice the profession. Printed documents and physical supplies ship only if selected. You can reach us by phone during business hours at any stage.
How long to receive my documents?
After we have your complete information and payment, we prepare and submit your Ontario filing. With our fastest Registry Queue option, your incorporation can be ready as fast as one hour during business hours; other speeds are shown on a later step. Once Ontario accepts the filing, we email your official Articles and Certificate. Obtaining the Certificate of Authorization from your governing regulator is a separate process with its own timeline. Government processing times are set by Ontario and are not guaranteed.
What is CRA Business Number?
A registered company must obtain a Business Number to access its account with the Canada Revenue Agency. The Business Number, or BN number, is a nine-digit code that uniquely identifies your business with the CRA.
What does Tax ID assistance include?
Our team handles the administrative processing needed to secure your CRA Corporate Income Tax Account from registry records, verify your profile, and ensure your business is tax-ready immediately.
What does Company Key assistance include?
Your 9-digit Company Key acts as your corporate password. We take care of retrieving this key from the corporate registry, connecting it to your profile, and making sure it's ready whenever you need to update your business records.
What does Initial Return & Email Update include?
The Initial Return is mandatory and must be filed within 60 days after incorporation. We use our monitored filing email as the corporation's initial official email during incorporation. If you purchase this service, we file the Initial Return and update the official email to the address you provide.

What NUANS report is valid for this filing?
Use an Ontario NUANS report for the exact proposed legal name, dated no more than 90 days before the Articles are submitted. A separate report may be required for each English or French form of the name. The report shows similar names; it does not guarantee acceptance or create trademark rights. A NUANS report is always required for a professional corporation because numbered names are not permitted.
Which language option should I choose?
Choose English only or French only for one legal name in that language. "Combination English and French" creates one bilingual name. "English and French names that are equivalent but used separately" creates two legal forms, normally shown with a slash, and either form may identify the corporation. The name must still include the profession and "Professional Corporation" in the chosen language.
⚠️ Important: Physical Registered Office Address Requirement

A corporation is required to have a physical registered office address in Ontario. P.O. box or virtual mail box address is not acceptable. If you do not have a physical address, we offer address and mail scanning service.

Please ensure your provided address meets these requirements to avoid filing rejection.

    Help Section

What address can I use, and will it be public?
The registered office must be a full address in Ontario; a post office box alone is not acceptable. Use an address where official and legal mail will be received reliably. The registered office is on the public record, so a home address used here can be publicly visible. Your governing regulator may have additional requirements for the practice address.
What are the requirements for a corporation’s address?

The address must be a physical location within Ontario. P.O. Boxes and virtual addresses are not permitted. All official correspondence and legal documents related to the corporation will be sent to this address.

    How do address-service options differ?
Address Service provides an Ontario registered-office address for the stated term. Address Service with Mail Scanning also scans mail received under the service terms and emails it to you. Neither option provides operating premises or, by itself, an eligible storefront for Google Business Profile.
Can I change the registered office later?
Yes. The corporation must file a Notice of Change within 15 days after the address changes. Any service fee for us to prepare or file the change must be shown separately from a government fee. Notify your governing regulator if the change affects any address on file with them.

    Electronic vs. printed documents?
Electronic delivery provides PDF copies of the official incorporation documents by email. The printed option adds paper copies sent by mail; it does not change their legal effect. Seals, binders, and share-certificate forms are separate physical products.
Can I choose a future date?
You may request a date up to 30 calendar days in the future, but not a past date. The effective date cannot be earlier than the day Ontario receives an application acceptable for filing, and the NUANS report must remain valid. Registry Queue is our handling priority, not a guarantee of government acceptance or completion time. Note that the Certificate of Authorization from your regulator has its own separate timeline.

Who can be a director of a professional corporation?
The practicing professional must be a director. Depending on the governing regulator's requirements, all directors may need to be members of the profession, or a majority may need to be members. A director must be an individual who is at least 18, is not bankrupt, and has not been found incapable of managing property. Check with your regulator for any additional director eligibility rules specific to your profession.
Can directors be added or removed later?
Yes, subject to the Articles, by-laws, corporate approvals, Ontario law, and governing regulator requirements. Record the change in the corporation's records and file the required Notice of Change with Ontario within 15 days. The professional corporation must continue to meet the regulator's director eligibility requirements at all times. Notify the regulator of any director changes as required.
What is the difference between a director, shareholder, and officer?
Directors oversee the corporation and make board decisions. Shareholders own issued shares and exercise the rights attached to those shares. Officers perform the management duties assigned by the directors. In a professional corporation, the practicing professional is typically a director, shareholder, and officer. Each role remains legally distinct and should be documented correctly in the corporation's records.

      Corporate Bylaws and Minutes
⚠️ Important: Keeping bylaws and minutes is MANDATORY according to the CBCA.

We made this section optional for clients who prefer drafting their own bylaws. If you skip it, you are entirely responsible for preparing and filing all corporate governance documents yourself, including the following:

      • Appointing officers and shareholders
      • Defining share distribution and borrowing powers
      • Drafting rights, responsibilities, and termination clauses
      • Creating a Central Securities Register and dispute resolution policies

      Help Section

What must the Articles include for a professional corporation?
The Articles of a professional corporation must include provisions that restrict the corporation's activities to practicing the regulated profession, restrict the issuance and transfer of shares to persons who are eligible under the governing legislation, and include any other provisions required by the profession's regulator. These are not optional; they are mandatory for the Certificate of Authorization application. We strongly recommend having a lawyer review the Article provisions before filing.
What does the by-laws and minutes add-on provide?
This add-on prepares the internal by-laws and initial minutes or resolutions described in the package. For a professional corporation, the by-laws should align with the Article restrictions and regulator requirements. The corporation must maintain its required records whether it buys this package or prepares them another way.
Can the Articles be changed later?
Yes. Changes to provisions in the Articles, such as the legal name, share rights, or authorized number of directors, generally require proper corporate approval and Articles of Amendment with the applicable fee. For a professional corporation, any amendment must continue to comply with the governing regulator's requirements, and may require the regulator's prior approval or a new Certificate of Authorization. Confirm with your regulator before ordering an amendment.
How are shares different in a professional corporation?
All shares of a professional corporation must be legally and beneficially owned by the practicing professional or other persons permitted by the governing legislation. The Articles must include transfer restrictions that prevent shares from being held by ineligible persons. Some regulators allow family members or a family holding corporation to hold non-voting shares; check your regulator's specific rules. The exact dividend, liquidation, and other rights come from the Articles.
What does the initial share price mean?
This is the consideration the first shareholder provides to the corporation for each share at issuance; it is not the corporation's market value or net worth. A share cannot be issued until its consideration is fully paid in money, property, or qualifying past service with the required value. Record the issuance and payment in the corporation's records.
Can the share price or structure change later?
The corporation can issue additional shares later with the required approvals and record updates, but all shareholders must remain eligible persons under the governing legislation. Already issued shares do not simply receive a new issue price. Changing authorized classes or their rights may require Articles of Amendment and can have legal, tax, or regulatory consequences. Any change must maintain compliance with the regulator's share ownership requirements.

The Initial Return is mandatory and must be filed within 60 days after incorporation. We use our monitored filing email as the corporation's initial official email during incorporation. If you purchase this service, we file the Initial Return and update the official email to the address you provide.
      When do I need a GST/HST account?
Most businesses must register when they make taxable supplies in Canada and no longer qualify as a small supplier, generally after exceeding the applicable $30,000 threshold. A small supplier may register voluntarily, and special rules apply to some activities. Some professional services may be exempt or zero-rated; consult your accountant. Charge GST/HST only from the account's effective date.

      Help Section

When do I need a payroll account?
Register when the corporation becomes an employer or another type of payer that must withhold and remit payroll amounts. The payroll account must be opened before the first remittance due date. This service sets up the CRA account only; it does not run payroll, calculate deductions, or make remittances.
What does Import Account Setup cover?
CBSA uses one RM import-export program account for businesses that import or export commercial goods. Select Import Account Setup for assistance with the import side of the RM and CARM setup. Import and Export Account Setup are separately selected and charged services, even though both relate to the same RM program account; customs declarations, duties, security, and ongoing CARM administration are separate obligations.
What does Export Account Setup cover?
CBSA uses one RM import-export program account for businesses that import or export commercial goods. Select Export Account Setup for assistance with the export side of the RM and CARM setup. Import and Export Account Setup are separately selected and charged services, even though both relate to the same RM program account; export declarations and ongoing customs administration are separate obligations.
When do I need WSIB registration?
Most Ontario businesses with employees must register with WSIB within 10 calendar days after hiring the first employee, but exemptions and industry-specific rules apply. Some professions may have specific WSIB obligations or exemptions. WSIB confirms whether registration is required after reviewing the business activity.

      Digital Corporate Seal

      Corporate Records Binder

      Help Section

Do I need printed share certificates?
Ontario shares may be certificated or uncertificated. A blank certificate is not proof of ownership until shares are validly issued, the certificate is completed, and the securities register is updated. Choose this option only if you want physical certificate forms.
Does an Ontario professional corporation need a seal?
No. An Ontario corporation may have a seal, but the law does not require one. Choose a physical or digital seal only for your organization's document practice or a third party's specific requirement.
Do I need a corporate records binder?
The corporation must maintain its required corporate records, but those records may be kept in paper or electronic form if they remain accurate and accessible as required. Any physical supplies are shipped using the delivery option selected later in the form.

      Help Section

What do Phone Support and Complete Maintenance include?
Phone Support provides general corporate-filing support for 12 months. Complete Maintenance lasts 12 months from completion of incorporation and renews for $299; it includes Phone Support, and up to three changes or updates in total across the corporate address, directors, shareholders, or officers, with registry filings completed where applicable. It also includes a logo design service with three design choices, 12 sample business cards with one business-card design, and assistance with a Google Business Profile listing. Government fees, legal or tax advice, Articles of Amendment, Certificate of Authorization applications, and work beyond the three-change allowance are excluded; Google assistance remains subject to eligibility and does not guarantee verification.
Is the Ontario Annual Return the same as the corporate tax return?
No. The Ontario Annual Return updates the corporation's registry information and is due each year within six months after its fiscal year-end. The CRA T2 corporation income tax return is a separate filing, also generally due within six months after the tax year ends. This add-on covers only the Ontario Annual Return unless the order expressly includes tax preparation. Your governing regulator may also require an annual Certificate of Authorization renewal, which is a separate obligation.
      What is domain name?
We recommended to reserve a domain name in your business name. If your domain name is taken by any domain reserving company or a competitor, it could be difficult to establish your brand and continue the business without a proper website. (example: www.yourbusinessname.ca)
      What is Business Email address?
A Business Email Address is the one that has your business name in it, and will be used for business communications that is based on your custom domain. (example: CustomName@companyname.com)

      Shipping and Handling

      Help Section

What does pre-registration draft review include?
We send you a draft of the filing information so you can check factual details before submission. Draft review does not include legal or tax advice and does not guarantee Ontario will accept the filing. If you select review, we will not submit the filing until you approve the draft. For a professional corporation, we recommend reviewing the draft with your lawyer to confirm the Article provisions meet your regulator's requirements.
Which shipping option should I choose?
Shipping applies only to printed documents or physical supplies. Select the tracking and signature level shown beside each option. Carrier delivery estimates begin after the order is ready to ship and do not change electronic-document delivery or government processing time.
Is my business eligible for a Google Business Profile?
Google generally requires the business to make in-person contact with customers during its stated hours. A P.O. box or remote mailbox cannot be used as the Business Profile location, and online-only businesses are not eligible. This option is hidden when our address service is selected; for other orders, our staff assesses eligibility after purchase. If the business is ineligible, we issue the setup charge as store credit. Setup does not guarantee verification, ranking, or continued eligibility.
What does the Logo Design Service include?
We create a professional logo for your business based on your selected requirements and branding preferences. Choose no revisions, 1 revision for $99, or up to 3 revisions for $149. Revisions apply to the logo design and do not include a complete redesign with a new concept.

      6. USERS’ IDENTITY VERIFICATION AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT

Incorp Pro follows the standard rules of Identity Verification according to Canadian law including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. We are required to verify the identity of a payer if they are not the Director, Incorporator, or partner of the business, etc. In those circumstances, Incorp Pro will not process an order or offer a service, until a successful Identity Verification of the payer is completed and Consent of Authorization for the payment have been obtained. Furthermore, if there is a requirement regarding a payment clearance from the government or another agency, our company will also require the payer to send Identity Verification and Consent Authorization.

      7. USERS’ DATA

We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services, as well as data relating to your use of the Services. Order Documentation: Documents collected or generated in connection with any orders, including government forms, incorporation documents, and related materials, are available (In digital form) at no additional charge for up to ninety (90) days following the completion of the order. After this 90-day period, document requests fall outside the scope of the original service. If you require assistance retrieving documents after this time, a new service request and applicable fees will apply.

      8. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

At Incorp Pro we are committed to delivering excellent customer service and products to our customers. Our Company prides itself on getting our customers’ satisfaction with our services and products delivered. We reserve the right to discontinue any products or services on our Website, at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

      8.1 Address Service

Service Description: The Address Service enables Users who do not maintain a physical address in a required jurisdiction to utilize an address provided by Incorp Pro solely for business registration purposes. This Service is strictly limited to satisfying registration requirements and shall not be used for business operations.

Service Agreement Required: To activate the Address Service, Users must execute a separate Address Service Agreement with Incorp Pro. This Agreement contains additional terms and conditions specific to the Address Service and constitutes Incorp Pro‘s formal consent for the User to utilize the provided address. The Address Service shall not be deemed active until such Agreement is fully executed by both parties.

Mail Scanning Service: The Address Service includes a mail scanning service with the following limitations:

      • Only official government correspondence will be accepted, scanned, and forwarded digitally to the User
      • All other mail, including but not limited to bank statements, personal correspondence, marketing materials, and packages, will be refused and returned to sender
      • Incorp Pro assumes no liability for refused mail or any consequences arising from such refusal

Subscription and Renewal: The Address Service is provided on an annual subscription basis. Users must renew the Service each year to maintain an active address. The renewal fee must be paid on or before the expiry date to ensure continuous service.

Non-Payment Consequences: If payment for renewal is not received within thirty (30) days after the expiry date:

      • The outstanding amount will be sent to a collection agency
      • Incorp Pro will notify the relevant government authorities that the business is using the address without authorization
      • The User will be notified via phone and email before such actions are taken
      • The User may face legal consequences for unauthorized use of the address

8.2 Agent Service (Agent for Service/Attorney Service)

Service Description: The Agent Service satisfies governmental requirements in certain jurisdictions that mandate a local resident act as a representative for businesses. This Service enables Users who are not residents of the required jurisdiction to register their business by appointing Incorp Pro‘s designated agent as their representative solely for registration and statutory purposes.

Service Agreement Required: The Agent Service requires execution of a separate Agent Service Agreement between the User and Incorp Pro. This Agreement contains additional terms and conditions governing the agent relationship and includes Incorp Pro‘s consent to act as the User’s agent for service. The Agent Service shall not commence until the Agent Service Agreement is fully executed by both parties.

Scope and Limitations: The Agent Service is strictly limited to meeting registration requirements and receiving official government correspondence. The appointed agent does not have authority to:

      • Conduct business operations on behalf of the User
      • Enter into contracts or agreements
      • Make business decisions
      • Represent the User in any capacity beyond statutory requirements

Subscription Terms: The Agent Service operates under the same subscription model as the Address Service, requiring annual renewal and payment. All terms regarding renewal, non-payment consequences, and notification procedures outlined in Section 8.1 shall apply equally to the Agent Service.

8.3 Government Information and Documentation Fees

Business Number: Upon successful registration, a Business Number is typically generated automatically by the government. While this number is issued at no cost by the government, Incorp Pro charges a service fee to retrieve, process, and securely deliver this information to the User.

Company Key (Ontario) and Similar Identifiers: In Ontario, a Company Key is automatically generated upon incorporation. Other jurisdictions may issue similar codes, identifiers, or passwords. While these are generated at no cost by the government, Incorp Pro charges a service fee for:

      • Retrieving these credentials from government systems
      • Securing and safeguarding this sensitive information
      • Delivering the information through secure channels
      • Providing guidance on proper usage and security

Fee Justification: These service fees compensate Incorp Pro for the time, expertise, and secure systems required to obtain and deliver government-issued information that Users may otherwise need to retrieve themselves through government channels.

      8.4 Instant and Automated Products

Incorp Pro may offer certain products or services that are generated, retrieved, processed, or delivered automatically or near-instantly through the Website, including through third-party systems, APIs, or government/registry data sources. These products may include, where offered, instant name searches, Nuans reports, document retrievals, or other automated products. Because processing begins immediately upon order placement, these products may be non-refundable as set out in Section 12.

      9. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

The prices of the services or products on this Website are delivered in Canadian currency (CAD).

We accept the following forms of payment:

      • Visa
      • Mastercard
      • PayPal
      • Interac
      • American Express
      • Discover

By ordering our Services or Products you agree to provide your current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases, such as your email address, payment method, credit card information, etc. Once we receive your payment information, we will email you to confirm your transaction has been processed. You further agree to make all the payments for your purchase and any applicable shipping charges, if applicable.

By placing an order on our Website, you accept that we may make errors or mistakes in the orders and will make the corrections to the pricing accordingly.

We reserve the right to reject any order placed on our Website if we consider there is a discrepancy, a possible scam or does not meet our verification requirements.

Billing Corrections: In the event of a billing error by Incorp Pro, such as a duplicate charge or incorrect amount charged, we will correct the error by reversing or adjusting the charge. Billing corrections are administrative adjustments and are handled separately from our Refund Policy.

Contract Formation: A binding contract between you and Incorp Pro is formed at the moment your payment is successfully processed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including our Refund Policy. Order confirmation emails are provided for your records and do not affect the timing of contract formation.

      10. SERVICE TERM AND TERMINATION

These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use our Services or products. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE LEGAL TERMS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS AND ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.

The Agreement of services or our products starts the day you request our services or products, and it can expire or terminate, depending on the nature of the product or service we provided.

      Termination:

An agreement terminates when the parties do not reach the end of the agreement but one of them desires to terminate it because the other party violated the provisions of this Policy. Any refund in such circumstances shall be subject to Section 12 (Refund Policy), and fees designated as non-refundable in that section shall not be refunded.

In the following cases we may decide to terminate our services with you:

      • If you place an order with us but you violate our Agreement;
      • If we cannot verify your identity;
      • If we believe there is any suspicious activity on your part; and
      • If you do not provide the documentation we request from you in a timely manner.

      Expiration:

When an agreement expires, it is the “end” of the contract and there cannot be a refund, as the agreement has already expired. The service is valid for a certain period and once the time arrives, the agreement expires.

      11. SERVICE LIMITATION AND EXPIRATION

      11.1 Suspension and Termination

In the case that Incorp Pro notices any issue with an order, and there are any possible risks, consistent and material violations of policies, Incorp Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service if it is mandatory by law.

      11.2 Abandoned Orders

In the event that Incorp Pro requires additional information or documentation from a User to complete an order, and the User fails to respond to our communication attempts, the following protocol shall apply:

Communication Timeline: When we require a response from the User to proceed with an order, Incorp Pro will contact the User via phone and email. If no response is received within seven (7) days of the initial contact, we will send a second reminder. If the User still fails to respond, a third and final reminder will be sent, which will include a deadline of an additional seven (7) days for the User to respond.

Order Abandonment: If the User fails to respond within twenty-eight (28) days from our initial contact attempt, the order shall be deemed abandoned and Incorp Pro will close the order. No refunds will be issued for abandoned orders, as the abandonment is due to the User’s failure to provide necessary cooperation to complete the Services.

Reactivation: Should the User contact Incorp Pro after an order has been deemed abandoned, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse reactivation of the order. If we agree to reactivate an abandoned order, the User may be required to pay a reactivation fee in addition to any outstanding amounts before Services can resume from the point of abandonment.

      12. REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Incorp Pro. We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with our services and products. Before placing an order with us, please review this Refund Policy carefully.

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility is determined by the work completed at the time of your cancellation request, as outlined in the sections below. Certain fees are non-refundable regardless of when cancellation is requested.

      12.1 Non-Refundable Fees

Order processing work, including payment verification, order authentication, and preliminary review, begins immediately upon order placement. For this reason, the following fees are non-refundable for all orders, regardless of order value, whether the order is ultimately completed, or the timing of any cancellation request:

      • Payment Processing Fees — These fees are included in your transaction total and compensate for payment processor charges incurred at the time of purchase.
      • Agency Fee (also referred to as Service Fee or Incorp Pro Fee) — This fee compensates for order intake, verification, and administrative processing that occurs immediately upon order submission.
      • Instant, Automated, or API-Delivered Product Fees – Fees for products or services that are generated, retrieved, processed, or delivered immediately or near-immediately upon order placement, including Instant Nuans reports, are non-refundable.
      • Name Search & Analysis Fees
      • Specialist Review Fees
      • NUANS Report Fees
      • Name Approval Fees
      • Document Retrieval Fees

Orders Placed in Error: The fees listed above are non-refundable even if you believe your order was placed in error, placed by mistake, or if you request cancellation immediately after ordering. Submitting an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Important: Incorp Pro is a private company, not a government agency. Belief that you were transacting with a government entity is not grounds for a refund of non-refundable fees.

12.2 Refundable Fees Under Certain Conditions

Depending on the period of the service, we can provide a refund in the following circumstances:

      • Government Fees: Only if filing has not been submitted to the government yet.
